The ABB IRB 340 FlexPicker is the solution when small items need to be moved one at a time. The precise FlexPicker operates at the outstanding speed of more than 150 picks per minute. The ABB IRB 340 offers a payload of 1kg (2kg optional). The IRC5 controller is an integral part of the FlexPicker robot. It enables the robot to track fast moving conveyor belts with high accuracy. The IRB 340 is certified for clean-room with the clean-room class between 2 and 3.
Five additional FlexPickers are also available. For food and medicinal environments, the wash-down and stainless steel versions are invaluable tools. Three version also offer higher, 2kg payloads.
