Industrial Automation: A Simulated Experience

Our drafting department uses state-of-the-art modeling and simulation software to create your robotic system in the virtual world before it is built in the real world. This allows you as a customer to “see” your robotic system in action before you actually receive it. Also, many important characteristics of the robotic system can be shown through this type of simulation. For example, cycle time and reach studies can confirm or deny the feasibility of an application. Simulations also help the sales and engineering teams decide which robot arm would be best suited for the application.
