CUSTOMER CONNECTION
RobotWorx provides exceptional support. Our engineering team maintains close communication with our customers while brainstorming and constructing robot systems. Finished systems do not ship from our facility until the customer is fully satisfied. We demonstrate new systems and run part cycles. Training at our facility is included with every robot package. Additional onsite training is also available at the request of the client.
The technical support continues after installation and training. We offer free telephone support for the life of the robot system. Our service department hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST.
