How is my robot shipped?
The customer is responsible for shipping arrangements unless otherwise specified in the final quote.
We recommend an enclosed air-ride box truck with an entrance of at least 100 feet tall and a width allowing a forklift to load and unload the robot. If the system is oversized and requires a flatbed, the truck must be weatherproofed with a heavy plastic tarp.
Extraordinary value must be declared on the bill of lading, shipper, and all shipping documents for insurance purposes. If damages are observed from shipping, take pictures of the damage and contact both the shipper and RobotWorx before handling the system.

- 8:00AM - 12:00PM EST, Friday
