Functions in Operation Mode 4-8 4-6 Operation witho ut I/O process < Outline > A function to operate the robot without executing sequence commands (output control
commands and wait for input command).
< Operation procedure (1) >  ( ) (1)   Enter into operation mode.  (If the robot is in operation, bring it into the holding state.)
(2)   Press the I/O
lock key. ®    Its LED lights and the robot goes in the I/O lock state. (Press the key once again to reset and put out the LED.)  < Operation procedure (2) >
Perform the following setting and then start the operation.
(1)   Enter into operation mode. (If the robot is in operation, bring it into the holding
state.)
(2)   Press the OPR
SEL.
WINDOW (SCROLL) OPR. select key and select “Lmit cond”. ® The screen on the right appears. (3)   Move the cursor to “I/O” of “Lock cont” and press the  ENTER  “enter” key. ® The indication of “I/O” is inverted.    To reset, press the  CANCEL  “cancel” key. (4)   Press the   END   “end” key twice to return to the previous screen. OPR      J      P      S=      V= Max.spd                      :  120.00 (m/min %)

outputs (turned on in virtual operation) are in the ON state when the I/O lock is released.
