Operation Manual (Advanced Function) 7-13 7-11 Resume < Outline > A function which is used to resume the robot state when the power was turned OFF last. (It is
called “Resume processing”)
However, this resume processing is effective only when the power is turned off during
programming operation in either operation mode or teaching mode.
(If the power is turned OFF in other states, the initial screen appears when the power is turned ON
again.)
Refer to section <Contents to be resumed (1) and (2)> for the details. < Procedure > There are two (2) kinds of resume processings which are… a) unconditional resume processing when the power is turned ON again, and b) conditional resume processing when the power is turned ON again. < Resume function setting procedure > (1)   From the initial screen, select “Init.set” and “Advanced function”. (2)   Use “Page next” or “Page back” to display the screen indicating “Resume” menu. о See the screen on the right. (3)   Select “SET-UP” . о The cursor appears. (4)   Move the cursor to “Yes” of “Resume” and press the ENTER “enter” key. о The screen on the right appears. (5)   Set individual parameters. Select “Unconditional” to perform the resume processing without any
                                                  condition. If “Conditional” is selected, the contents of the specified
                                                  inputs are resumed only if a specified input is input (=condition) when
                                                  power is turned ON.
Input terminal...................  It is applicable when “Conditional” is selected.                                                   Resume processing is executed when this input is turned ON.
Output terminal................  It is applicable when “Conditional” is selected. The output is turned ON when the preset conditions are all met (the
resume processing is operable). (6)   Press the END “end” key several times until the initial screen appears.
