applicable. No characteristic table Welding condition command correction is not
available due to lack of characteristic table.
(“Welder comm-Err 0003” occurred when power
is turned on is ignored, and operation is carried
on.) Turn off power at the
controller and check the
cable. Turn on power at the
welder before turning on
power at the controller again. <Supplement> · In “Welder comm-Err0001 or Err0002” state, the welding current may not be able to change in edit
operation. In that case, turn off power of the controller and newly turn it on. · If “Welder comm-Err0001 or Err0002” occurred when teaching mode is selected, welding voltage may not be able to set properly. In that case, exit from teaching mode once and newly select
teaching mode. · If the robot is suspended due to “Welder comm-Err0001 or Err0002”, pressing the “start” switch
enables to resume only the robot operation but not control of the welding machine. In that case, exit
from operation mode once and newly select operation mode to obtain control of both the robot and
welding machine.
