engineers for check immediately. Mechanical parts of the robot may be damaged when the unexpected force is applied to the robot
in operation, such as interference between robot and work or jig.
If the robot goes into an alarm condition, such as “Overload”, “Lock detect” or “Overcurrent”, the
occurrence of the alarm is recorded in the controller. Once the recorded alarm count reaches the
specified number, a warning message appears. This function is provided to take precautions
against possible mechanical damage of the robot and also for safe operation of the robot. < Supplement > Press any key of the teach pendant to clear the message Mechanical check is needed. and continue
the normal operation. However, this message appears every time power is turned on. For the mechanical check, please consult the shop you purchased the robot. Any check or repair work for this message is chargeable regardless of
the warranty period.
