Edit Function 1-30 1-13 Protection < Outline >
A function to disable change or deletion of exist files.
In case of program, it is possible to protect the data except position data.   < Procedure >
(1)   From the initial screen, selelct “Edit”. о The screen on the right appears. (2)   Select a file type. о The screen on the right appears. (3)   Select “Protect”. о The screen on the right appears. (Example: Select the file type “Protect”) Protected file numbers are marked with “* ” after the file number. In case of program, files protected except position data are marked with “+ ”. (4)   Use “Page next” or “Page back” to display the screen indicating the file No. to
be protected appears. (5)   Select “SET-UP”. о The screen on the right appears. (6)   Move the cursor to the file to be protected and press the ENTER “enter” key. (To reset the protect, press the CANCEL   “cancel” key.) (7)   In case of program protect, the screen on the right appears.
Select “Yes” to protect position data.
If not (do not protect position data), select
