1 - 5 Warning Observe  the  following  cautions  to  prevent  accidents
that can cause serious injuries.
1.    Never touch any charging part.
2.    Grounding work of peripheral equipment and jigs of the robot case and
system shall be performed by a qualified person (in electric work) according
to related regulations (electric installation technique) of the relevant country.
3.    Be sure to turn off the power switch at the power distribution box to shut
down  input  power  to  the  robot  system  or  any  associated  equipment,  and
leave   it   for   at   least   five   (5)   minutes   before   performing   installation   or

maintenance and inspection work.    Since turning off the input power may

not  discharge  the  capacitor  completely,  check  the  capacitor  for  residual

voltage before the work.
4.    Cables to be applied shall have sufficient ampare capacity and be free from
damages (no breaking wire or bare wire is applicable).
5.    Cable shall be connected completely and insulated without fail.
6.    Never operate the robot with the case or cover removed.
7.    Periodical  maintenance  and  inspection  work  shall  be  performed.    Repair
        any
        damaged part if found.
8.    Be sure to shut down all input power to the robot system and any associated
equipment if the system is not in use. Caution Observe   the   following   cautions   to   prevent   accidents
which may be caused by any of the rotating parts.
1.    Do not operate the robot with the case or cover removed.
2.    If it is necessary to remove the case for maintenance and inspection or
repair  work,  it  must  be  performed  by  operators  who  are  qualified  or  who
understand the robot thoroughly.    Never allow a person to get close to the

equipment unless necessary.
3.    Do  not  bring  hands,  fingers,  hair  or  clothes  near  the  cooling  fan  or  any
rotating parts. * Touch to  any  charging  part  may  result  in  fatal  electrical  shock  or
heat inury.
* Do not bring hands, fingers, hair or clothes near the cooling fan
or any rotating parts to prevent part of your body or clothing to be
taught by such rotating part of the machine.
