Applicable welding power source and wire diameter Panasonic Industrial robot controller is factory adjusted at shipment for the used of: - Welding power source 350RF type - Wire diameter to be applied 1.2φ (for mild steel welding) ① In case of a 350RF type welding power source using 1.2φwire. ｷ    Set wire diameter and gas type Use switches at the front panel of the welding power supply to set the applied wire
diameter (1.2), gas (CO2//MAG). ② In case of a 350RF type welding power source using 0.9φ wire ｷ    The following parts need to be supplied (a separate order) Name Code Yr. Compatibility Tip 0.9φ TET00930 1 Conduit tube for 0.9 TDT00919 1 For Panasonic semi-automatic CO2
torch ｷ    Change parts for wire routing Change the feed roller conduit tube tip to one for 0.9φ.
(In the same manner as for standard semi-automatic welding machine.) ｷ    Use switches at the front panel of the welding power supply to set the applied wire diameter (0.9φ), gas and welding method. ③ In case of using other welding power supplies Please consult our sales personnel.
In case of placing an order specifying a welding power supply other than ones
specified in this manual, submit the instruction manual of the welding power supply to
be applied for reference.
