| 3|4 | <Ceiling type>      (Option) The robot manipulator shall be installed firmly and securely. (1)   If the thickness of the iron plate part of the floor is 25 mm or more, the floor as it is can be used as the foundation for the installation. (2)   If the  floor is  not completely  flat, shim  plates  of 100  mm or  thicker should  be  laid beneath the four corners of the robot base. (3)   Attach eyebolts to the base at the bottom of the robot manipulator and hook the chain  wire to them to lift and transport the robot manipulator to the installation site.
Care should be exercised so that the chain cables do not hit any part of the robot
manipulator. (4)   Use the holes provided in the four corners when installing the robot manipulator at a specified location (5)   Attach the safety metal fittings to prevent unexpected dropping. *    For TIG system, use M8x70 fixing bolts for VR-004. And M12x70 for VR-006. or more or more Safety fittings
