Installation<Floor type>Install the manipulator completely.The robot manipulator shall be installed firmly and securely.(1) If the thickness of the concrete part of the floor is 150 mm or more, the floor can be used as the foundation for the installation. (2) If the thickness of the concrete part of the floor is less than 150 mm, the following foundation work shall be performed after digging out the intended part of the floor where the robot are to be installed. (3) If the floor flatness is not sufficient, apply shim plates of □100 mm or more to fourcorners of the robot base.(4) Attach eyebolts to the base at the bottom of the robot manipulator and hook the chain wire to them to lift and transport the robot manipulator to the installation site. Care should be exercised so that the chain cables do not hit any part of the robotmanipulator.(5) Fix the provided mount holes (4-φ18) in the four corners of the base of the robot to install the robot manipulator on a specified place.
