Created: 99-02-15   Revised: 99-08-18 Operator's manual MOTOMAN XRC Page: 43 Changing welding conditions during MOTOMAN ROBOTICS EUROPE 1.6  Changing welding conditions during playback 1.6.A  Specific keys While the arc condition adjustment display is displayed in the play mode, the
welding current and voltage can be changed using the specific keys.  The arc
welding condition during playback changes with the welding current and voltage.
The changes in the current and voltage  values can be reflected in the associated
instructions or welding condition files.
When [áCUR/VOL ] is pressed, the welding current and voltage increase.
When [âCUR/VOL ] is pressed, the welding current and voltage decrease.
Each time the specific key is pressed, the current changes in increments of 2A,
and the voltage changes in increments of 2% or 2
V. 1.6.B  Modifying welding conditions a)    Select {UTILITY} in the job displa    y.
b)   Select {WELDING CONDITION MODIFY} from the “SELECT DIALOG“.
The welding condition modify display is shown.
The last welding current/voltage instruction that was set is displayed.
The instruction includes the following:
4 ARCON
4 ARCSET
c)    Line up the cursor with the current or voltage condition to be modified.
d)   Adjust the condition using [áCUR/VOL ] or [âCUR/VOL].
Modify the current voltage using [áCUR/VOL] or [âCUR/VOL]. 4 The current and voltage can each be changed independentl y. 4 Units of Increase/Decrease: If the button is pressed once, the smallest unit of increase/decrease is ±  2. e)    Line up the cursor with “No change data“ and press [SELECT]. Each time [SELECT] is pressed, the “No change data”à “Change data” set-
ting alternates.
4 To rewrite the modified condition file or additional item data, set “Change data”.
4 Actually, rewriting is done when the execution of the condition data in the
instruction ends. 4 If  “No change data” is set before execution ends, the data is not rewritten. 3 CUR/VOL á - CUR /VOL â EDIT DISPLAY DATA UTILITY ARC COND ADJUSTMENT CURR(A)    :   200       INST               : ARCON VOLT(%)    :   100       INST               : ARCON DATA         : No change data !
