inside XRC.
Disconnect main power connector at the back of XRC before chang-
ing main switch.
After turning OFF power, wait at least 5 minutes before replacing ser-
vopack or power supply unit (unloading of capacitors).
Do not touch the generating resistors. They are very hot!
After service, check that all cables are put back and no tools left
inside the cabinet.
  Replacing JANCD-XCP01 circuit board a)   Make a backup of CMOS data file.
b)  Turn off the power before replacing a circuit board.
c)   Disconnect all cables connected to the circuit board.
d)  Undo two screws fixing the circuit board and rack.
e)   Spread the leavers attached to the upper and lower side of circuit board up
and down respectively. f)   Pull out the circuit board from the rack.
g)  Insert a new circuit board into the slot of the rack with the levers spread.
h)  Push the board until it is placed in the same position as the other boards.
i)    Tighten upper and lower screws.
j)    Connect all cables.
Note The JANCD-XCP01 board contains important file data for the user programs,
which is backed up by the battery. Incorrect operations can cause this stored file
data to be lost. When the XCP01 board is replaced, initialize the XCP01 board
and load the CMOS data file.
External stop signals (wire feed
error, lost of air supply, etc.)
affected components are stopped and that prospective
alarm is given.
Safety module Safety module trips while testing, according to the test
job. Function must be tested twice a year.
