A high performance manipulator is perfectly matched with a welding power supply, both designed to communicate exclusively with each other. The powerful TAWERS manipulators are compact arms with a small footprint and a wide working area. The streamlined arms are able to connect with hard-to-reach parts.
The WG welding source was developed to combine the benefits of pulse and CV welding in a new process, dubbed SP-MAG welding. This ultra-low spatter process is excellent for thin materials and large gaps. Advanced feedback communication allows for monitoring of all aspects of the welding process.
Embedded Arc Control (EAC) Technology is used by the Panasonic TA-1900 system. It is a common 64-bit control platform that operates several hundred times faster than conventional systems to provide high-performance solutions. |
