Free training and support is included with the purchase of any complete robot system from RobotWorx.
Robot Training
RobotWorx offers free training at its Marion, Ohio facility to each robot system customer. The training takes place on the purchased system and includes all the basics of programming, powering, and maintaining the robot and peripherals. Important safety training is also covered during these free training sessions.
After working directly with a RobotWorx' technician for a day or so, customers are encouraged to stay as long as they like to familiarize themselves with the system.
Robot Support
RobotWorx' provides free phone support to every customer. This offer is good for the life of the robot. Call with questions or needs - we're ready to help! Consult RobotWorx' one-year warranty for details on our 100% service and parts promise.
