The Fanuc RJ3 controller features a 32-bit main CPU with dual processor architecture. This allows for fast calculations, reduces program execution times, and increases path accuracy. A fast power-up and program execution saves time. The RJ3 system allows flexibility for application specific configurations while maintaining commonality through the incorporation of Fanuc Robotics' plug-in options concept.
The teach pendant for the RJ3 system controller is a lightweight, ergonomic pendant with a large, backlit LCD display. The RJ3 teach pendant interfaces with a RJ3 controller that features a multi-tasking operating system and advanced communications and networking capabilities.
Other benefits of the RJ3 system include AccuPath for advanced path tracking, instant trigger response, collision detection, and TurboMove to minimize cycle time.
