Fully integrated with an arc welding robot arm, robot controller, welding package, positioner, and safety enclosure, the Motoman ArcWorld II-500 is a turnkey welding system. The Motoman ArcWorld II-500 is designed for arc welding small to mid-sized parts and is available with either a Motoman UP6 robot arm or Motoman EA1400 robot arm.

Two fixture stations reduce cycle time and increase production. Each station is equipped with a MHT-150 servo positioner for coordinated motion with the robot arm
